We are supporting a Singapore-headquartered F&B group that operates franchise brands across Southeast Asia. As the business continues to expand regionally, they are looking to bring on board a Regional Marketing & Product Planning Manager who will take ownership of marketing direction and product strategy across multiple markets.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and regional franchise management. The successful candidate will work closely with local franchise partners to ensure brand consistency while adapting campaigns and product offerings to local market preferences.

The Regional Marketing & Product Planning Manager will support the group's growth across Southeast Asia by driving marketing initiatives, guiding product development, and ensuring brand alignment across franchise markets.
Product Planning & Development
Lead product planning initiatives based on market trends, customer insights, and regional consumer preferences
Work closely with internal teams and franchise partners to develop and launch new product concepts
Regional Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement regional marketing and promotional plans (both monthly and annual)
Ensure brand positioning remains consistent across different Southeast Asian markets
Franchise & Partner Support
Work closely with franchise partners to support campaign execution, product launches, and promotional initiatives
Provide marketing frameworks, tools, and guidance to maintain brand standards across markets
Market & Performance Analysis
Monitor sales performance and analyse market trends to inform marketing and product decisions
Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with headquarters and regional stakeholders including distributors, operations teams, product development, and design teams
Support regional brand expansion and growth initiatives
Budget Management
Oversee regional marketing budgets and ensure marketing investments are delivering measurable outcomes
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product planning
Prior exposure to F&B, retail, or franchise-based businesses would be advantageous
Understanding of Southeast Asian consumer markets
Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets is a strong plus
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
Comfortable managing stakeholders across different markets and functions
