About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our CMO office to drive market expansion and integrated marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies across multiple regions, working closely with global marketing, sales, and in-market country teams to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. This is a mid-career role ideal for someone looking to transition their GTM and or marketing agency experience into a new high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for market expansion, aligning with broader business and commercial objectives across the region.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Planning: Build and oversee integrated marketing plans across the full customer journey, including brand awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversion initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with global marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and in-market country teams to drive alignment, secure buy-in, and ensure successful execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Market Expansion & Localization: Support go-to-market planning for new regions and adapt marketing strategies to local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee campaign execution and, where needed, remain hands-on in implementing marketing initiatives across digital, content, partnerships, events, or performance marketing channels.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key funnel metrics, and optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous iteration.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across marketing, business, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong commercial alignment, and scalable growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Background: Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing strategy plans, ideally within financial services, fintech, brokerages, or related industries. Candidates from agency strategy/planning backgrounds with financial services client exposure are also encouraged to apply.
- Marketing Strategy Expertise: Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels and markets.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence and credibility to influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders effectively.
- Language Skills:English and Mandarin proficiency are required due to cross-regional collaboration with chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Hands-On Capability: Comfortable operating strategically while also being able to execute marketing initiatives directly when required.
- Commercial & Regional Mindset: Strong business acumen, regional market awareness, and the ability to adapt strategies across different market environments.
