Your Opportunity

Brand Management

  • Design and deliver a cohesive marketing strategy communicating the brand's value proposition across all key channels (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, POS).
  • Define and implement annual regional marketing plans with clear initiatives focused on brand awareness, market share, and profitability.
  • Develop engaging brand campaigns that drive customer engagement, social media presence, and sales growth.
  • Lead channel marketing strategies and develop account-specific plans in collaboration with Sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Expand direct-to-consumer channels by managing catalog, pricing, promotional strategies, and performance marketing.
  • Provide marketing support to the Sales team with materials, product information, and ground-level enablement.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets.
  • Monitor market and consumer trends to ensure brand strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to execute digital and retail campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple agency partners (creative, PR, digital, influencers, media).

Product Management

  • Own the product life cycle from concept to shelf.
  • Lead regional product portfolio strategies tailored to market needs.
  • Champion product activation campaigns with detailed business plans and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to develop new products based on consumer insights, demand forecasts, and market trends.
  • Oversee product costing, pricing, and P&L alignment.
  • Customize product offerings across various sales channels to optimize sales potential.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct research to understand consumer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and category-specific attitudes.
  • Analyse market gaps, identify emerging trends, and monitor competitor strategies.
  • Transform research insights into actionable marketing strategies and product initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Degree with at least 3+ years of relevant consumer marketing experience, preferably with regional/international exposure.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand business plans driving sales and profitability.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing efforts directly to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering impactful consumer campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of trade and e-commerce channels, consumer behavior, and spend patterns.
  • Ability to develop and manage a regional P&L working knowledge of key financial metrics (ROI, NPV, Margins).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Power BI preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-channel campaigns from strategy to execution and post-campaign measurement.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in an MNC environment preferred.
