Job Description

  • Monitor business performance, providing insights and proactive action plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline
  • Proven pharmaceutical commercial experience including marketing and sales
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional or cross-market teams
  • Strong track record in driving brand growth and commercial performance
  • Experience in strategic planning, product launches, and lifecycle management
  • Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • International exposure within a matrix organisation
