Regional Marketing Head | Innovative Specialty Care Portfolio
We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organization to appoint a senior regional marketing leader for a high-impact specialty care portfolio.
This is a strategic regional role responsible for driving therapeutic area and brand strategy, launch readiness, and commercial excellence across multiple international markets. The position will play a key role in shaping growth strategy for an innovative late-stage pipeline asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead therapeutic area and brand strategy aligned with global direction
- Drive Integrated Brand Planning (IBP), forecasting, and long-term commercial planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and local marketing teams
- Lead launch readiness and go-to-market strategy across multiple markets
- Deliver sales growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets
- Provide strategic market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer engagement direction
- Coach and develop regional/local marketing talent and cross-functional teams
Ideal Background
- 7–10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial/marketing experience
- Strong regional exposure within international matrix organizations
- Experience in specialty care, metabolic, cardiovascular, or related therapeutic areas
- Proven track record in regional brand strategy, launch excellence, and people leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability
- Prior experience in regional or global-local matrix environments highly preferred
Singapore-based, open to relocating candidates
Regional travel required
