. Plan and manage regional social media content calendars across key platforms, adapting to local market needs where necessary.
. Work with local designers or content creators to produce culturally relevant posts, videos, and reels.
. Write and adapt captions to match brand tone, wellness guidelines, and regional language/cultural nuances.
. Schedule and publish content regularly across social media channels in different markets.
. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across regions, and respond or escalate when needed.
. Track performance (reach, engagement) by market and suggest region-specific improvements.
. Stay up dated on regional and global social media trends to improve content and visibility.
. Ensure all social media content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with local healthcare regulations.
Digital Marketing
. Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple markets (Google SEM, SEO, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels) to drive ROI.
. Monitor key marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement) by region, analyze performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
. Prepare monthly regional reports with action able in sights to improve digital presence across all markets.
Creative & Marketing Support
. Work closely with internal designers and regional stakeholders on the development and execution of marketing creatives (e.g., posters, banners, flyers, in-clinic materials, advertisements).
. Assist with minor design adaptations, content resizing, and layout adjustments for different market requirements.
. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and local healthcare compliance standards.
. Coordinate with local external vendors and printers across regions to ensure quality production and timely delivery of materials.
Event & Brand Activations
. Support regional brand-related activities, including content &design creation for promotional materials, email marketing, and internal communications.
. Support the planning and execution of marketing events and brand activations across different markets - ensuring smooth operations and strong brand presence.
. Work closely with designers, outlet managers, and local external vendors to support monthly marketing materials, promotions, and campaign execution on a regional level.
Administrative &General Marketing Support
. Handle marketing administrative tasks such as voucher tracking, campaign documentation, and regional report preparation.
. Maintain marketing databases including CRM systems, mailing lists, and region-specific content libraries.
. Support cross-market internal communications related to marketing campaigns and promotions.
. Assist in organizing marketing assets, files, and documentation for easy access across regions.
. Support ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Health & Wellness/TCM industry.
. Performance-driven understanding of digital marketing. Familiar with Google PPC, SEO, Meta, and TikTok Ads, including basic setup, optimization, and performance tracking (CTR, conversions, ROI).
. A flexible, creative and detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Office tools. Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and/or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
. Enjoy using social media and being updated with the latest digital trends.
. Must be able to work independently and also cooperate with the team.
. Working on weekends may be required for events (minimal).
