Role Purpose:
Report to the CEO, the primary function of the role is to drive retail excellence in the region. This includes delivering the P&L budget, providing first-class customer service, and enhancing the brand awareness through expansion, visual merchandising and marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for achieving the overall P&L performance of the respective region, setting relevant KPIs for the regional team, and implementing a solid reporting system to ensure effective follow-up and profitability focus.
. Monitor, analyze, and take actions based on the market trends evaluate competitive challenges and identify opportunities for business growth.
. Provide supervision and guidance of effective operations management to ensure maximum efficiency in accordance with company guidelines and directions.
. Take a balance between cost control and profitability within the region by reviewing the ROIs of different projects proactively make and implement recommendations if the ROIs have fallen short behind the target.
. Support different corporate functions in setting the corporate strategies and directions.
. Lead, motivate, and train the team to ensure delivery of company targets which include customer service, visual merchandising, stock management and shrinkage control.
. Support and participate actively in business-related projects, which include Omni-channel and CRM strategies developed by corporate teams in the headquarters.
. Build and achieve a succession and growth plan toensure continuous improvement, which include expansion goal and a people development goal.
Requirements:
. Degreeholder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
. Minimum 8 years retail management experience
. Proven track record to build and execute strategy in a fast growing business
. People oriented with proven records of leading a big team
. Experience in business expansion in new market will be an added advantage
. Excellent leadership skill, able to lead and motivate staff in different levels
. Assertive and able to work under pressure
. Strong knowledge in Excel and P&L analysis
. Self-motivated with detailed mindset
. Excellent planning and organizing skills
. Frequent travel is required
. Excellent in both Chinese and English, proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
