Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for the Medical Polymer portfolio in alignment with global objectives.
Partner with key suppliers and principals to drive joint business initiatives and build a sustainable, profitable medical polymers segment.
Manage the segment budget, sales pipeline and profitability KPIs in collaboration with regional management.
Provide regular updates to global and regional stakeholders on sales performance, project pipelines, customer activities and market trends.
Lead supplier management, including portfolio optimization, onboarding of new suppliers and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Drive regional marketing initiatives and support project pipeline development together with regional sales teams.
Support acquisition and development of new medical customers, including brand owners, OEMs/ODMs, and molders.
Identify and monitor market trends, new materials, emerging technologies in medical devices, diagnostics, drug delivery, sustainability and sterilization.
Act as the regional point of contact for technical and regulatory topics related to medical-grade polymers, including compliance requirements (ISO 10993, USP Class VI, DMF, etc.).
Represent the company at medical industry trade fairs, conferences, and supplier events regionally and internationally.
