- Provides technical assistance on factory test of special projects.
- Investigates root causes of engine failures and recommend solution.
- Provides after sales technical support and site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and other documentation related to field service activities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior field service engineers and other technical personnel.
- Provides specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors
- Performs any other service and training duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with at least 8-10 years of relevant technical experience
- Possesses strong customer service orientation, enthusiasm for power generation products
- Has technical knowledge in Genset Service and PM for Test and Commission in Data Center.
