REGIONAL LEGAL COUNSEL | GLOBAL INTEGRATION AND INSURTECH COMPANY

Our Client is a global company focused on enabling digital innovation within the insurance industry through its technology platform and ecosystem partnerships.

Reporting to the Global Head of Legal, this role provides end-to-end legal support across Southeast Asia and other global markets. Key responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and advising on cross-border legal and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also support dispute resolution, develop and maintain contract templates, contribute to corporate initiatives, and enhance compliance through the drafting and implementation of internal policies, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience gained in a law firm, multinational corporation, or high-growth environment, preferably within the TMT, internet, cloud, or technology sectors. They should possess strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. A high level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail is essential.
