Budget - S$6 - 8K per month*13 months + bonus depends on candidate's seniority, experience and interview performance

Job Descriptions:

• Overall group's contracts management and administration
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing advice on various commercial agreements for standard and non-standard transactions (especially manufacturing-related contracts)
• Advising on all legal aspects relevant to the organization's businesses and providing day-to-day legal support on operational matters, including advising to internal stakeholders such as business development team, finance, human resources, supply chain etc.
• Regional coverage - South East Asia and India regions
• Supporting the implementation of group-wide legal compliance
• Conducting and organizing legal training to relevant internal business teams
• Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, legally qualified in Singapore or Commonwealth jurisdictions
• 1 - 5 years of PQE preferably with established law firm or corporate in-house legal environment
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterpart
• Effective communicator and possess a commercially savvy approach to legal matters
• Ability to work independently and reliably under time pressure and on multiple tasks, cooperative and team oriented working style
• Deep sense of responsibility, ownership & proactive
• Experience in contract manufacturing industry would be advantage
