Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate learning administration tasks (course setup, registration, communication, attendance).
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
  • Prepare monthly budget reports and maintain dashboards for KPIs.
  • Support vendor management and sourcing processes.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and reviews for global and regional teams.
  • Facilitate performance management, year-end processes, and engagement surveys.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to HR and leadership teams.

The Talent:

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
  • Entrepreneurial. Every single day, you spot opportunities to shake things up and change the world for the better.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge in PowerBI will be an added advantage
