Job Description

We are partnering a renowned, global manufacturing company with exponential growth and exciting expansion plan for the region. They are looking for a Regional Learning & Development Lead to join their highly collegiate and collaborative APAC HR team, operating in a hands-on regional role.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all learning and development initiatives and programs in the organisation. Being an advisor to HR and business leaders, you will conceptualise, develop and implement a wholistic learning ecosystem, including needs assessment, training strategy, curriculum development, identifying effective delivery methods, designing and executing training interventions, running training sessions, managing the learning management systems and assessment of results. You will play a critical role in talent development, retention strategy, and organizational development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience (MNC ideally). You will come with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will be a true Learning & Development Specialist and someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, ability to communicate well across levels, flexibility and your ability to initiate.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: salary up to SGD 110,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
