Job Description

Our client, a leading technology company in the F&B SaaS space, is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth and strategic account success across its most important enterprise clients in Asia-Pacific.

In this high-impact role, you will manage and grow key regional accounts, deliver value-driven solutions, and ensure long-term client success through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior decision-makers within enterprise clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, and Customer Success.

This position reports directly to the Vice President, Regional Business Development & Account Management based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the success and growth of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple markets.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews supported by data-driven insights and actionable growth plans.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to ensure exceptional client experience.

  • Identify market and client trends to inform account strategy and business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance tracking.

  • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes to enhance account management efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise account management, with 4-5 years in F&B or B2B software/SaaS industries across Singapore or APAC.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-country enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging audiences from senior executives to large groups.

  • Strong client-centric mindset and consultative solution-selling approach.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Willingness to travel regionally (approx. 1 week per month) and engage clients beyond standard working hours when necessary.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
