The Role

This IT Operations Manager role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work alongside legal, compliance, and operations teams to navigate regulatory reporting, training, and audits. Internally, your focus will be on maximizing IT satisfaction and performance, resolving operational issues, and leading change management for smooth implementation. You will be a key partner to senior leadership, presenting IT initiatives, managing budgets, optimizing costs, and negotiating vendor contracts. Additionally, you will partner with the third-party risk team to assess and monitor vendor risks. Your analytical skills will be utilized to generate reports on ticketing metrics and identify areas for support model improvement. This role requires strong communication and prioritization skills to manage stakeholder demands within a complex matrix structure and ensure successful resolution of IT projects and operational issues.

Your ability to build relationships and navigate a complex, matrixed organization is crucial. Understanding regional regulatory compliance (MAS, PIPL, PDPA, etc.) and data privacy regulations (PDPO, DORA, GDPR) is a plus. Furthermore, a strong grasp of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and relevant certifications (ITIL, CISSP) are highly desired.
