Regional Intermodal Operations Intern

Role Summary

You will support system migration initiatives, as well as intermodal operational monitoring and process analysis. Working closely with your mentor, you will contribute to data analysis, process documentation, and operational support, collaborating with both operations and systems teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support system migration activities, including data preparation, validation, testing, and documentation
• Assist in intermodal operational monitoring and performance tracking
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data for reporting purposes
• Support KPI monitoring and operational dashboards
• Document existing processes and assist in process analysis and improvement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational and system-related tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Singapore for a duration of 3-6 months.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and analysis.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Exposure to intermodal operations, enterprise systems, or data migration projects will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage
