We are looking for a Regional Information Technology Head who will lead and manage the regional IT shared services team to deliver highquality IT technology, infrastructure, systems (e.g., SAP), and all related IT services, including enduser support, for Glico Asia Pacific (GAP) Regional Headquarters in Singapore and all business operations across ASEAN.
Responsibilities:
- Set and execute regional IT strategy in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with Corporate IT and supporting midterm and annual business plans.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation by implementing businessenabling IT solutions, managing change, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, and system reliability, while managing external service providers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure robust IT security and governance by establishing policies, monitoring threats, enforcing controls, and managing risk mitigation across ASEAN.
- Lead application development and project delivery, partnering with stakeholders on complex IT solutions, managing communication, and evaluating emerging technologies.
- Build and lead a highperforming regional IT team, fostering capability development, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent. Master degree or MBA is an added advantage
- At least 15 years of solid IT management experiences in a senior leadership and regional capacity from MNCs. Experiences in FMCG or relevant industries preferred.
- Deep technical expertise across range of domains including infrastructure, enterprise systems (e.g. SAP Hana), system architecture, cloud, applications, cybersecurity and data management
- Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative IT solutions (from opportunity to delivery)
- Experience in managing IT budget, vendor relationships and 3rd party outsourced service
- Strategic thinking, excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business issues
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and strong collaborations with others
- Excellent Project management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
