Define and continuously evolve our global influencer marketing strategy and positioning in APAC
Offer credible thought leadership and point of view on the industry and the role of influencer marketing within the macro marketing ecosystem
Provide subject matter expertise and advise agencies and clients regionally on best practices for winning influencer strategies
Provide strategic narrative on relative roles and interplay between paid, earned, shared and owned channels
Well versed in competitive offerings to provide strategic consultancy to clients assessing tech and services providers in influencer space
Be the face of the brand for APAC Influencer practice in new business, client meetings and industry events, sought as a thought leader and innovator
Lead strategic go to market narrative for Groupe assets in the influencer space and support enablement and consistency across markets
Coordinate and act as lead in multi-market proposals and pitches
Contribute to multi-market commercial, staffing and pricing proposals with experience across a variety of SaaS + Services and bundled pricing models
Support integration of newly acquired influencer businesses into the Groupe
Act as Center of Excellence resource for markets and client leads with strong industry relationships directly with clients and key suppliers in the ecosystem
Data and tech savvy, experienced with harnessing the impact of AI and articulate in the application and impact of data in the creator and influencer space
Requirements
Ability to work in highly matrixed organization and successful in managing teams with indirect influence
10+ year experience in combination of: Advertising Agency, Social/Affiliate/Performance/Influencer/Creator specific technology and service providers, Client/Brand side influencer strategy/in house
Proven track record launching or scaling influencer offerings across multiple markets
Deep understanding of social and influencer ecosystems and platform dynamics in APAC. Key markets are Australia, India and China
Strong leadership, project management and communication skills
Experience building scalable franchise-style models is a plus
