This is a highly visible regional leadership role responsible for shaping Pizza Hut's indirect procurement strategy across APAC. Lead the development and execution of regional sourcing strategies for indirect procurement across Asia, ANZ and India. Partner with Global Category Management, franchisees and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, supplier innovation, standardization and sustainable value creation supporting Pizza Hut's growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sourcing strategy for indirect procurement across Asia, ANZ and India.
- Own categories including restaurant equipment, smallwares, chemicals, uniforms, premiums, POSM and future indirect categories.
- Drive total cost of ownership, lifecycle management and standardization.
- Lead regional RFPs and commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers.
- Partner with QA, Operations, Development and FIT to ensure equipment and indirect solutions support restaurant operations and innovation.
- Identify supplier innovation opportunities improving restaurant efficiency and guest experience.
- Support restaurant development, remodels and expansion initiatives.
- Influence franchisees to maximize participation in regional sourcing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Global Category Managers to leverage global scale and best practices.
- Champion ESG and responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Travel approximately 10-20%.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in procurement/category management with significant indirect sourcing experience.
- Experience managing equipment, CapEx or indirect procurement portfolios.
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
