Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation to appoint a HR Manager. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle while supporting business growth and strengthening organisational capability.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing hiring activities across the business, overseeing everything from talent sourcing and selection through to onboarding and exits. You will also support headcount planning and ensure accurate maintenance of employee documentation and records. A key focus of the position will be fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. You will handle employee relations matters, provide guidance on workplace issues, and drive initiatives aimed at improving engagement, retention, and overall employee experience. Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, you will advise on people-related matters including performance management and workplace conduct.
In addition, you will also oversee HR operations, including coordinating payroll inputs and ensuring accurate tracking of working hours, leave, and variable compensation elements. Ensuring adherence to local employment regulations and internal governance frameworks will be a critical part of the role, alongside maintaining documentation for audits and reviews. The role will involve identifying organisational capability gaps and supporting the implementation of development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and leadership capability. In parallel, you will continuously review and refine HR processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency, while providing relevant insights to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Human Resources or a relevant discipline, with 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience within a fast-paced environment. You should demonstrate strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with discretion, structure, and a proactive mindset.
