Job Description

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing employee training, long-service awards, leave and claims processing, as well as corporate card and air travel bill management.
  • Drive digitisation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Support expatriate management by coordinating necessary applications and overseeing housing and tenancy arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with country managers to implement initiatives from headquarters and strengthen internal communications across the organization.
  • Ensure corporate values and branding are consistently represented throughout the South Asia region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative roles, regional coordination, or corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating with cross-border teams and developing effective communication strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and processes.
