Regional Human Resources Business Partner

REGIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER - $8,000 X 13 MONTHS

Charterhouse Singapore are supporting an MNC in their search for an accomplished Regional HR Business Partner to report to the Head of HR.

This person will need to be the right hand to the HR Leader and will need to be able to manage multiple complex projects and exhibit strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Previous and proven regional stakeholder management capability is essential.

Previous regional exposure in an MNC, overseeing end to end projects is also imperative.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for regional stakeholders with regards to HR projects
• Review, implement and manage timelines for multiple HR projects across the region
• Lead and manage change projects and initiatives across the region
• Review processes and policies and make recommendations and improvements where appropriate across the region
• Work closely with stakeholders to coach and advise on HR matters where appropriate
• Take the lead on HR projects as needed ensuring high levels of engagement and seeing projects through to completion

Attributes

• Strong project management skills in a proven regional capacity
• Degree holder in HR or relevant and related field
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
