Your new role
- Working with the Regional HR Manager in managing, rolling out and executing global and regional HR projects across SEA in alignment with corporate strategies.
- Lead and coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables and communications to ensure effective project execution.
- Partnering with key stakeholders including HQ HR, Regional Management, Local HR leaders, and external partners for the implementation and delivery of HR projects.
- Projects scope may include:
- o Compensation & Benefits (Job Grading, Salary Benchmarking)
- o Talent Management (Training & Succession Planning)
- o HR Information System (Workday Implementation)
- o Performance Management
- o Employee Engagement (Global Employee Engagement Survey)
- Responsible to independently lead the planning, research, management and end-to-end execution of various HR Projects and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Preparation, analysis and consolidation of HR data and reports for management when required
- Manage all HR project and meeting logistics.
- Support the preparation of regional HR meetings, workshops, and communication sessions, ensuring follow-up and documentation of key actions.
- Provide support to Regional HR Manager on all additional ad-hoc requests on specific global or regional HR Projects..
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.
- Successfactor experience, specifically within the Core HR area is required, and SAP experience preferred.
