As a Senior Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting our Global Operations and Customer Service teams. You will collaborate closely with leadership to build and execute HR strategies that drive organizational success and enhance employee experience across multiple markets.
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead key initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace while supporting cross-regional integration.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and people operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-paced technology, fintech, or large-scale organization.
- Strong understanding of HR practices including performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and regions.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to communicate with chinese speaking stakeholders and regional team in taiwan.
- Regional travel is expected as part of this regional role.
