Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading organization to appoint a Regional HR Operations Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team and play a team lead role in driving HR initiatives across the business.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee HR operations across multiple markets, managing a while managing a team of five. You will manage endtoend HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, work pass administration, payroll review across several markets, and the upkeep of insurance and benefits programs. In addition, you will be the primary escalation point for operational matters and partner closely with the Management team by providing datadriven insights, recommendations, and followthrough on execution.
Beyond daily operations, you will play an active part in regional projects. This includes supporting new market entries, overseeing system and process setups, and driving HR digitalization efforts across the preboarding and onboarding journeys. You would building strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and vendors while ensuring consistent and highquality employee experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years of people management experience. You would ideally be detailoriented, peoplefocused, and comfortable operating in a fastpaced, multimarket environment.
