Our client is a leading company in the technology sector. They are looking for a HR Operations and Benefits Executive to support the APAC region.

About the job

This is a newly created 2 year renewable / convertible contract role. Reporting to the Regional Head of Shared Services, you will:

  • Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including benefits administration, work pass / visa application and renewal, HR report preparation and policies
  • Provide administrative support for the employees life cycle activities from on-boarding to exit
  • Maintain and upkeep of employees P-file database
  • Be the point of contract to employees and external vendors for benefits and HR operations matters
  • Support other HR projects as required

Skills and experience required

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with experience supporting APAC region
  • Team player and able to work with colleagues across the region
  • Independent and meticulous
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and policies for APAC region
