Regional HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies, manpower planning, and reporting
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employer branding
• Handle employee engagement, relations, and HR queries
• Assist in performance management, training, and compensation processes
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support compliance/CSR activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or Diploma with strong experience) in HR or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Exposure to full HR functions is preferred
