Regional HR Manager

Based in Singapore, you will manage and assist as below:

. Human resource (HR) matters relating to new office setup resources

. Partner with regional GM/VP and Managers on HR initiatives

. Manage regional HR projects, digitalization, process improvements, and change management.

. Assist in initial talent acquisition activities for new countries

. Assist in talent management, workforce planning and talent retention

. Support expatriate management, including relocation, onboarding and cultural integration

. Manage employee relations

. Oversee regional performance management framework, ensuring consistency and fairness across offices

. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation and productivity

. Act as HRBP for team/department assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should possess below requirements:

. Bachelor/Master's degree majoring in human resource management or law

. Minimum 7 years relevant experience

. Ability to work as a team
