Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region
  • Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet company's explosive business growth and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees
  • Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers
  • Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of advanced HR experience preferably within the technology sector, with a focus on local hiring.
  • Outstanding command of English and Mandarin is required for effective written and verbal communication, as this position entails collaboration with stakeholders spread around locations mainly converse in Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Regional knowledge and experience in the Singapore region are a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
