Job Description

Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to shape the future of work across Asia We are seeking a Regional HR Lead to partner with our Asia CEO and leadership team, driving strategic and operational HR excellence across the region. This is a high-impact role for a visionary HR professional who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.

As Regional HR Lead you will:

  • Define and implement the regional people strategy in alignment withglobal HR priorities
  • Partner with regional leaders and employees across APAC to supportbusiness goals
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance
  • Coach and support regional leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness
  • Drive performance management processes and development planning
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness
  • Lead regional rollout of global HR initiatives, adapting them to local contexts
  • Promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning across the region


Essential requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 10+ years in a senior HR leadership role within a regional or global organization
  • Deep understanding of HR practices and employment legislation across Asia
  • Strategic mindset and enterprise thinking, consistently aligning decisions and actions with long-term organisational goals and broader business impact
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • A results-oriented approach with a track record of delivering impactful HR outcomes
