This is a high-impact role for a visionary HR professional who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.
As Regional HR Lead you will:
- Define and implement the regional people strategy in alignment withglobal HR priorities
- Partner with regional leaders and employees across APAC to supportbusiness goals
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance
- Coach and support regional leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Drive performance management processes and development planning
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness
- Lead regional rollout of global HR initiatives, adapting them to local contexts
- Promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning across the region
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Business Management or a related field
- 10+ years in a senior HR leadership role within a regional or global organization
- Deep understanding of HR practices and employment legislation across Asia
- Strategic mindset and enterprise thinking, consistently aligning decisions and actions with long-term organisational goals and broader business impact
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- A results-oriented approach with a track record of delivering impactful HR outcomes
