Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with an International Financial Institutionto appoint an experienced and hands‑on HR Generalist to join their Singapore office. This is a regional role within a highly regarded, performance‑driven organisation, offering broad HR ownership and close partnership with senior stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.

This position will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, talent acquisition support, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll and vendor coordination, and HR policy implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, the HR Generalist will support day‑to‑day people matters locally while ensuring alignment with regional and global HR frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams on shared initiatives, reporting, audits, and continuous process improvement. The role requires a highly hands‑on approach, strong judgement, and the ability to balance operational delivery with sound HR advisory capability within a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.

The successful candidate will be a confident and pragmatic HR professional with prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, ideally within investment management, banking, financial services, or other highly regulated global organisations. Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while navigating complex environments are essential.
