Job Description

  • Handle the entire employee lifecycle for a few Asia countires
  • Partner with business leaders to support HR initiatives and workforce planning
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities for both blue and white collared positions
  • Handle hands-on payroll checking and administration, working with HR team and vendors
  • Support employee engagement programmes and organisational change initiatives
  • Manage performance review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and HR processes
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes across the region
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, CSR initiatives, and audit requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3 years of regional HR generalist experience from similar industry.
  • Strong exposure to end-to-end HR functions including recruitment and performance management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
  • Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with HR systems and data reporting tools
  • High level of professionalism with strong attention to confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll systems
  • Able to travel to the east.
