Job Description
We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist / HRBP to support our growing APAC business. This role combines hands-on HR generalist responsibilities with strategic HR business partnering, offering an exciting opportunity to influence people strategies across multiple markets.
- HRBP for SEA:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees in our SEA markets.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including talent management, employee engagement, performance, and compliance.
- Regional HR Support:
- Partner with the APAC HR leadership team on regional initiatives across markets such as China, India, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
- Drive projects in employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law; regional exposure is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile, proactive, and passionate about building a great workplace
