Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist / HRBP to support our growing APAC business. This role combines hands-on HR generalist responsibilities with strategic HR business partnering, offering an exciting opportunity to influence people strategies across multiple markets.

  • HRBP for SEA:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees in our SEA markets.
    • Manage end-to-end HR processes including talent management, employee engagement, performance, and compliance.
  • Regional HR Support:
    • Partner with the APAC HR leadership team on regional initiatives across markets such as China, India, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
    • Drive projects in employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law; regional exposure is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Agile, proactive, and passionate about building a great workplace
