Job Description
- Act as a strategic and hands‑on HR partner to regional leadership
- Design organisation structure and workforce plans to support rapid scaling
- Lead end‑to‑end hiring and team build‑out across SEA markets
- Build compensation, performance and incentive frameworks from the ground up
- Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Establish core HR policies, processes and governance suitable for growth
- Champion culture, engagement and change in a fast‑moving environment
The Successful Applicant
A Successful HR Business Partner Should Have
- 8+ years of HR experience, including senior HR business partnering roles
- Track record of building HR foundations in start‑up, scale‑up or transforming organisations
- Strong experience in organisation design, hiring at pace and workforce scaling
- Practical expertise in compensation design, performance management and talent development
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure
- Experience supporting multi‑country or regional teams
