Take on a challenging and rewarding role providing full-spectrum HR support and contributing to global HR initiatives.

• Support the Regional Head of HR, managing designated functions as a Regional HR Business Partner.

• Act as the regional lead for designated global HR projects, covering areas like learning and development and performance management.

• Drive complete HR service delivery, including talent management, compensation, and HRIS administration.

• Lead employee relations and conflict resolution to foster an inclusive and positive work environment.

• Own the maintenance and analysis of HR data, ensuring compliance and generating reports/dashboards.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized HR professional with proven expertise.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally with a recognized local industry-standard HR certification.

• Demonstrated history of handling end-to-end HR process delivery, including performance and benefits management.

• Solid experience with HRIS maintenance, data analytics, and conducting HR audits.

• Up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and statutory government compliance requirements.

• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.
