As part of an ongoing investment in its people function, the organisation is strengthening its regional HR capability to support future growth, organisational effectiveness and enhanced employee experience. This newly created position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior HR leadership and influence key people initiatives across multiple countries.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders and managers on employee relations, talent and organisational development matters
  • Drive regional HR projects focused on process optimisation, automation and operational efficiency
  • Review current HR frameworks and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and service delivery
  • Support workforce planning, talent management and succession planning discussions across the region
  • Collaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and initiatives
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights that support business decision-making
  • Assist with selected recruitment activities and key talent acquisition initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or broad-based HR Generalist capacity
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, processes and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, transformation or operational excellence initiatives
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across different functions
  • Experience working within a regional or multi-country environment will be highly regarded
  • Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable operating in an evolving role with broad responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
