With an ambitious vision to scale across Asia and beyond, they are expanding their regional leadership team. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to be based in Singapore.

This is a permanent opportunity to shape and elevate the brand's presence across priority markets.

Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated global marketing strategy across key APAC markets.
  • Oversee market launches (particularly Japan and China), including localisation, creator/KOL strategy, and retail activations.
  • Drive endtoend brand, Public Relations, social, influencer, partnerships, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the full marketing calendar, campaigns, budgets, and measurement frameworks to deliver commercial results.
  • Build and develop a highperforming regional marketing team while collaborating closely with crossfunctional partners.

The Successful Applicant


In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 10-12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or adjacent premium consumer categories, including multi-market APAC oversight.
  • A proven track record in brand building or market launches in Japan and/or China (store opening experience is advantageous).
  • Deep expertise across brand activations, retail events, partnerships, collaborations, influencer marketing, Public Relations, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to connect brand-building activities to commercial outcomes.
