Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with senior management and business leaders to support business growth, organizational development and workforce planning.
- Oversee HR functions across multiple markets and provide strategic guidance to overseas teams.
- Manage and influence stakeholders across a regional / international environment, working closely with overseas business leaders and HR counterparts.
- Develop talent, succession planning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and solutions from a business and commercial perspective, balancing people priorities with organizational needs.
- Drive consistency in HR practices while adapting strategies to different markets and business environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Senior HR leadership experience, ideally at Senior Manager, Head of HR, HR Director or equivalent level.
- Strong regional / international HR exposure, with experience supporting multiple overseas offices or markets.
- Proven experience working directly with overseas stakeholders, business leaders and regional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- Candidates with international education or significant overseas working experience will be advantageous.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, multicultural and multi-market environment
