Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading China‑headquartered fintech firm to appoint a Head of Human Resources to support the launch of their regional international hub in Singapore. This is a newly created, high‑impact leadership role within a fast‑growing and innovative organisation expanding its presence across Asia and global markets.
This position will lead the full spectrum of HR across multiple markets, serving as both a strategic and operational partner to senior leadership. Based in Singapore, the Head of HR will be responsible for driving and executing regional people strategies aligned with business growth, while establishing a strong and scalable HR infrastructure for the international hub.
Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, the role will drive key HR initiatives including organisational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement across the region. The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping a high‑performance, collaborative culture, balancing global consistency with local market nuances in a dynamic fintech environment.
The Head of HR will also oversee the development and implementation of HR frameworks, policies, and governance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and alignment with global standards. This includes managing employee relations matters and advising leadership on complex, cross‑border people issues within a matrixed organisation.
Working collaboratively with regional and global stakeholders, the role will partner closely with Centres of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, and HR Operations to deliver integrated and effective HR solutions. A hands‑on approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a scaling, cross‑border environment will be critical to success.
The successful candidate will bring significant HR leadership experience, ideally within fintech, technology, or financial services environments. Proven experience managing regional HR coverage or building HR capabilities across multiple countries will be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, combined with regional exposure, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally are essential.
