Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading international financial services group to appoint the Regional Head of HR Business Partners for Front Office business lines based in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR for Front office and Regional CHRO of APAC, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and leading the people strategy, people priorities and growth and transformation journey end-to-end, leading a team of Regional HR BP's across a number of APAC markets.

The group operates within a fast-paced global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable, leading the front office people strategy for the region, partnering with global and regional HR COE's and aligning with EMEA and Americas from a one global business and one global HR team perspective.

This individual must be comfortable leading experienced HR BPs within a high growth and high touch environment, being able to balance the strategic and commercial priorities of the role, with the ability to be hands on and navigate ambiguity within a fast paced and high-performance culture.

A core focus of the role will be to embed global HR priorities across the region, leading projects around; growth, leadership succession planning, re-structuring, while also managing high touch annual HR processes such as complex comp round and matters such as employee relations, working directly with Global and Regional Heads across the revenue generating business lines.

The ideal candidate will have a track record operating as a Head of HR Business Partners in large global complex matrix financial services organisations supporting front office client groups directly e.g. sales and trading. The individual will have proven expertise partnering global and regional leadership directly, leading an accomplished team across a number of APAC markets in a strategic and hands on role, with high growth and change cultures. Strong relationship management is key, with a highly commercial and business first lens to all people solutions.
