We are currently partnering a leading conglomerate to recruit for a strategic Regional Head of Compliance to lead and enhance the compliance framework across the region.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving a culture of compliance, and partnering with senior stakeholders to manage risk effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional compliance function, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide strategic compliance advice to senior management and business units
- Conduct internal investigations and oversee third-party due diligence processes
- Drive compliance training, awareness, and a culture of integrity across the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance
- Proven leadership in managing regional compliance team
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and provide pragmatic, risk-based solutions
