About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Growth Lead - Crypto with strong experience in the crypto/blockchain or similiar industry. This role will drive market expansion, user acquisition, and strategic partnerships in key regions, with a focus on building sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand user base and strengthen market presence.
  • Drive go-to-market plans, ensuring effective adaptation to local market dynamics and user behaviors.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to support business development and ecosystem growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Regional BD/Growth Lead or equivalent role in the crypto/blockchain industry (APAC focus preferred).
  • Strong expertise in business development, partnerships, and market expansion at regional level.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and growth levers in the crypto space.
  • Ability to translate market knowledge into practical growth initiatives.
  • Senior profile, comfortable operating independently and engaging with leadership stakeholderss
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluentl in Chinese and English to work with chinses speaking stakeholders
