Regional General Manager

Hiring: Regional General Manager, Southeast Asia | Singapore / Hong Kong Based, Local Hire Only

Leading warehouse automation tech firm with mature global delivery capacity. We recruit a local senior leader to own full regional business performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead full local business development, end-to-end team management and regional target delivery;

• Develop key enterprise clients in logistics, 3PL and manufacturing sectors;

• Execute local market strategy to deploy AMR and warehouse automation solutions;

• Collaborate closely with China HQ to ensure stable project delivery and local brand building.

Core Requirements

• Relevant background in warehouse automation, AMR/AGV or industrial automation industry;

• Proven local B2B key account and solution sales experience with regional operation capability;

• Solid hands-on experience in local sales team building and performance management;

• Business fluent English + fluent Chinese for daily HQ cross-team collaboration.
