We are partnering with a well-established global multinational to appoint a Regional FP&A Manager responsible for overseeing a substantial operating cost base across the APAC region.
This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, shape long-range planning, and play a key part in supporting the region's ongoing growth and expansion agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a substantial regional operating cost base
- Provide clear, insightful variance analysis and performance reporting to senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives while ensuring operational effectiveness and business continuity
- Develop robust scenario modelling and long-term financial projections to support strategic decision-making
- Build and evaluate comprehensive business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for key initiatives
- Oversee project financial performance, risk management, and governance across the full project lifecycle
- Partner with leadership on capital planning and strategic investment decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (professional certification preferred)
- Solid experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational environment
- Proven exposure to managing large regional cost structures
- Experience supporting capital-intensive or facilities-related initiatives is advantageous
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
