Regional FP&A Consultant (6–12 Month Contract) | Singapore | Hybrid
We're supporting a global healthcare organization undergoing a major business transformation and are looking for an experienced FP&A Consultant to join its APAC regional finance team.
This is a high-visibility role partnering with regional leadership across multiple markets to drive financial planning, forecasting, business performance, and strategic decision support during an exciting period of organizational change.
What you'll be working on:
- Support APAC budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reviews, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop business cases, evaluate investments, and support resource planning across the region.
- Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting, and planning tools.
- Support finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects within an international business environment.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Approximately 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.
- Proven track record supporting regional or multi-country operations within a multinational organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries will be advantageous.
