Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established global multinational to appoint a Regional FP&A Manager responsible for overseeing a substantial operating cost base across the APAC region.

This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, shape long-range planning, and play a key part in supporting the region's ongoing growth and expansion agenda.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a substantial regional operating cost base
Provide clear, insightful variance analysis and performance reporting to senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations
Drive cost optimisation initiatives while ensuring operational effectiveness and business continuity
Develop robust scenario modelling and long-term financial projections to support strategic decision-making
Build and evaluate comprehensive business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for key initiatives
Oversee project financial performance, risk management, and governance across the full project lifecycle
Partner with leadership on capital planning and strategic investment decisions

Role requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (professional certification preferred)
Solid experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational environment
Proven exposure to managing large regional cost structures
Experience supporting capital-intensive or facilities-related initiatives is advantageous
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
