Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
• Build financial models to support revenue, margin, cost, and headcount planning for the business
• Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles across business units and regions
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Analyse business performance including revenue trends, utilization, billability, project profitability, and realization rates
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs with clear variance analysis and meaningful commentary
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key financial and operational KPIs
• Improve FP&A processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency, including use of systems and automation tools
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, HR, and business leadership to align financial planning with business strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage
• Over 10 years of FP&A experience in a service-based environment, with exposure to full P&L ownership, financial analysis, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to engage, partner with, and influence senior stakeholders
