Due to ongoing business demands, they are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to strengthen the regional finance function.
Description
- Lead end‑to‑end financial control and month‑end close for multiple APAC entities
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
- Partner regional finance teams and senior stakeholders on financial matters
- Oversee cash flow planning, intercompany activities, and working capital
- Drive process improvements across systems, reporting, and controls
- Lead and develop a high‑performing regional finance team
Profile
A Successful Finance Controller Should Have
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience with regional exposure and the initial years starting out in Big 4
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and APAC tax environments
- Proven experience in financial control, compliance, and governance
- Ability to operate hands‑on while influencing senior stakeholders
- Track record of leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals
