Role
You will be responsible to manage the Group's Regional Office Finance activities. You will also assist the CFO in financial reporting, internal audit of these global offices and Investment analysis on strategic projects.
Candidate Profile
You should be a qualified Finance person with maximum 12 to 14 years post-qualification experience with proven track record in a similar capacity, gained from a progressive shared service organization. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter and versatile team player, who possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good business acumen. Good ERP and systems knowledge is highly desirable. Should be open to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Process improvements in the Regional offices ensuring full compliance with group policies and
recommending improvements in financial controls.
Co-ordinating the accounts of all regional operations including MIS, Audit, Transfer pricing etc.
Statutory Filings and compliance of the group entities.
Managing Finance Shared Service Function.
Periodical Visits to Regional Offices and deal with local auditors, tax consultants etc.
Assist CFO in interactions with Government agencies (licenses, permits, application submissions)
Investment analysis both regular operating ones and new strategic areas.
Support CFO in developing Finance strategy in alignment with business strategy and market trends.
Key Requirements
Qualified Finance professional with maximum 12 to 14 years of rich finance experience including Audit
experience in progressive organizations.
Familiarity with multinational accounting requirements, transfer pricing and taxation.
Experience in ERP systems and technical savviness in MS Office are highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and business partner effectively with key stakeholders in the organization.
Possesses executive level presentation and communication skills
