  • Reconcile consolidated equity, reserves, and intercompany balances
  • Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosures

  • Translate local accounting treatments into SFRS-aligned adjustments, working closely with the Singapore HQ team
  • Build and maintain strong command of group accounting policy
  • Ensure accounting rules are applied consistently across all entities
  • Prepare technical accounting memos as needed

  • Ambitious and growth-minded, motivated to take ownership of the finance function as the group scales
  • Strong technical grounding in accounting, consolidation, and group reporting within a multi-entity structure
  • Solid familiarity with Singapore tax regulations and the broader regulatory landscape (IRAS requirements, GST, corporate compliance)
  • Working knowledge of SFRS, or the ability to quickly build fluency in it
  • Confident communicator, able to business-partner with regional and HQ stakeholders alike
  • Comfortable working across cultures and jurisdictions within a regional operating structure

Why Apply
